Do you have a Touch screen? Do you have a second screen which isn't a Touch screen? FWIW I think this symptom is normal in that scenario, Touchpad is often a cause of this symptom (or any pointer device which is trying to emulate Touch screen features). ![]() The problem prevails even if no mouse device is plugged into my laptop and I am just using the track-pad. ![]()
